What is SoftSkillsU?

SoftSkillsU is the small business version of ServiceSkills. ServiceSkills includes nearly 300 courses plus a robust admin tracking system, resources center and assistance from a Client Success Manager.

SoftSkillsU provides content-only access to the same training at a fraction of the price. “Small business access to big company training!”

 

What happens after our subscription?

Each package offers access to 3 years of soft-skills development for the amount of learners you purchase. At the end of each 3 year period, you decide to renew or not.

How will our team use this eLearning?

You’ll decide which training series each employee is to complete and then communicate that to your staff. Your team members log in and learn when it’s convenient for them. After completing each course, learners review key points and take a quiz to measure comprehension. They’re then able to email quiz results to a manager.

How will we set things up?

To create learner accounts in SoftSkillsU:

  1. Go to Register under the Login menu at SoftSkillsU.
  2. Enter the registration code, the learner’s first and last name, and create a password.
    • This step must be completed separately for each learner.
  3. Once submitted, the learner can log in with their new credentials and begin training.
    Important: Each registration code is tied to the number of licenses purchased. Every new learner account created will deduct one license from your total.
